First, determine if your business qualifies for our service:
- Is your main (listed directory number) monthly telephone bill at least $1,000+ per month, excluding long distance and taxes?
- Does your business have 8 or more phone lines or possess a PBX, Centrex / ESSX or Key telecom system?
If your answer to question 1 is "yes" and you can answer "yes" to any part of question 2, then complete and submit the:
Account Information Form
After the Account Information Form is submitted, print the following check list for your people to follow.
Recovery Refunds Client check list for audits
We will need the following from you to get started:
- 1. A listing of all of the current telephone bill account numbers, by telecom vendor. Please note that all we require is a listing. There is no need for your staff to pull billing records, make copies, etc. We are normally able to secure all that is needed from the telecommunications providers. Any user names and passwords used to access online billing data through your telecom vendors will be useful too.
- 2. Copies of any special pricing agreements or term agreement that you may have with any telecommunications vendor.
- 3. Any listings that you may have of the phone lines that appear at various locations. This is not mandatory, but could be helpful if available.
- 4. A telecom network diagram, if available.
- 5. Endorsed and dated Audit Agreement with Letter of Authority (LOA) copied onto your business letter head. Ask us for these.
Feel free to mail this material to us. Copies are fine as long as they can be read.
Your telecom audit analysis will immediately commence upon reception of all required materials outlined above.
